u/TheNathanNS posted the info below on reddit today. I think it's important information for anyone considering paying money for any of these old, broken games.

"As someone who owns all Rockstar games on PC here's some things you should know:

* Bully has compatibility issues with Windows 10. It crashes randomly, with and without mods. No known fix.

* Bully is locked to 30 FPS, but can be (https://community.pcgamingwiki.co...p-remover/)

* GTA SA on Steam is v3, which removes quite a lot of songs from the base game, and you are unable to use mods on it, if you wish to use mods, use the (http://gtaforums.com/topic/753764...owngrader/), yes this means you can use SAMP, CLEO and all other mods.

* Max Payne 3 + L.A Noire **require** a (https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/), GTA 4/EFLC, it's not required.

* GTA IV/EFLC use Games For Windows Live, which is defunct. You can bypass this (http://gtaforums.com/topic/388658...xliveless/).

* GTA SA, Vice City and GTA 3 are DRM free and do **NOT** require Steam to be launched.

* L.A Noire is locked to 30 FPS, uncapping the FPS will result in facial glitches.

* Some people report issues with GTA3/VC on 64 bit OS.

* For User Tracks (on 3/VC/SA), it will only support .m4a tracks if QuickTime is installed on your PC, otherwise SA won't play iTunes' tracks.

* Some people have reported issues with Manhunt on Windows 10, (https://steamcommunity.com/app/12...488660091/)

* Bully, GTA IV/EFLC are poorly optimized. For example, Bully will run great on low end machines, like Intel HD machines, but that doesn't mean it'll run great on RX cards, Bully ran at 40 fps at 720p on my ASUS laptop, at "lowest" settings, but on my Core i5-2500k, with RX 460, it runs at 45 - 60 FPS on highest. It's a similar case for GTA IV, don't expect it to run great on your rig, many people noticed GTA IV runs worse than GTA V regardless of specs.

* Most of the games here are very low end friendly games. GTA 3/VC/SA will run on practically anything (I'm ashamed to admit I played SA on Intel Atom with GMA 935 graphics at 30 fps). GTA 4/EFLC/MP3/LAN require a more modern machine though.

* For MacOS users, you will only get GTA 3/VC/SA and Max Payne 3 out of this bundle. Nothing for Linux. I don't know if you can get Bully/GTA4 etc running through WINE.

Because it's still a huge cash cow for Rockstar, still raking in the dough. There is no incentive to bundle it elsewhere.

Yeah, no chance. LMAO Maybe a $25 bundle, but they're rare.

I don't believe I've ever spotted GTA V for $20 flat on Steam or console. The game still generates millions per year. Routinely have high concurrent user counts.

My advice, bite the bullet if you see it in the $20-30 range, or wait for a few more years.

Geez, I have all the GTA games and Max Payne 3 w/no dlc.

Why on earth did they put the L.A. Noire DLC in the top tier? That's kind of a dick move considering L.A. Noire is in the 2nd tier and it immediately shot up in price.

I like GTA but I TRUELY suck at the game. I still remember playing GTA III on Xbox (original) where the guide explicitly says "with this method, blind man with one hand tied behind the back can easily finish this mission". I COULD NOT finish the mission no matter how to the letter I followed the guide.. (It was discouraging). Smilie

I played the San Andreas to same result. It was really sad as I did like the game but due to the lack of progress, I could not ENJOY the game.. Frown

Maybe this time around, playing on PC, it may be better.. Hmmmm..

Huh, was just thinking the other day how I might pick up Vice City to play again eventually. I have a feeling it aged poorly, but for $1 and the chance to experience Max Payne for the first time it's worth a shot. Thanks OP.

Shame you're missing the by far best one of the series.
i dont doubt it. but im not for their current business practices on that game. dont be surprised when rdr2 comes out and its gutted to hell and focus on multiplayer microtransactions...dont say i didnt tell you first.

SecuROM is on a couple of these games (GTA IVs at least). Just a FYI for those who despise SecuROM.
