This is a decent deal considering these are probably just customer returns and chances are it is basically brand new. If this sells out just keep checking back as they have these available almost every day if various conditions.

I've had pretty bad luck with Amazon Warehouse lately... It's basically a crapshoot... Not sure saving 45 dollars is really worth getting used right now anyway.

I seriously doubt these are in great condition otherwise they'd be listed as used-very good or like new.

Hope that's the case. Amazon won't sell returns from dead pixels or disconnecting joy-cons?

Amazon does ZERO QC on these warehouse items... they could be completely non-functional and just tossed in a box. You really have no idea.

Do you have a source for this? I'm not being condescending, if this is the case i'll also avoid warehouse deals in the future.

Countless reports on here of people receiving completely broken/non functional stuff. I've received the entirely WRONG product on more than one occasion. I have one sitting in my car waiting to go back that was missing parts and was non-functional. It's a crapshot, a gamble, for ~30 dollars off new (this is 270 after tax) I don't see this as a gamble worth taking IMO.

Sometimes it's worth it. A few months back I got a GTX 1080 for 400 and it's worked perfect since day one, that was a good gamble. This just doesn't seem worth it to me.

Hope these are lightly used returns. Warehouse Deals used to be good. Lots of dented box and lightly used returns but lately they've been off their game. I recently bought a Mohu antenna and got a book in an antenna box with a "certified by amazon" sticker, I usually avoid most things with moving parts. Returns are usually pretty painless.

Well, if it doesn't work, it's pretty easy to return it for free. I've bought lots of stuff from warehouse deals and haven't had a problem with what I've received.

Thing is... Is saving $45 worth not getting a brand new product and no warranty?

I just bought a Wii U from them.. and had no luck. It's hit or miss, but my console seems pretty crappy, and it didn't have the original box.. so.. but we are talking about the Wii U, so it's kinda expected. Maybe it worth trying! You can always return your switch if there's anything wrong with it.

I just got a new one from google express with the $20 off for new users from frys (no tax in NJ). So 279 out the door, i'd rather pay the extra $25 for a new one.

Can confirm have gotten junk and beat up products from warehouse deals. On the other hand, I've also gotten some really good deals. Amazon CS is top-notch, it's sad that I'd have to return like 10-20% of the warehouse deals things I get, but I'm guessing someone at Amazon figures that the returns are worth getting rid of some bad product...

Also seems OOS.

Huh? I'm in Jersey too, and just ordered a Switch from Fry's like you through Google Express and was charged $24 tax. I used the app, did you use the app or a browser?
