One has a wall plug adapter on the end, the other is just usb end, and you need to use your own wall adapter.

what are the benefits of these so called wireless chargers? cons—pricey, bulky, still require source to charge, probably only single device charging at one time
PROS:
For me, it's the convenience of not having to fumble around to plug in my phone to charge. You can throw it on the charger to top off your phone. I keep one on my desk and one on my nightstand.

CONS:
some people don't like the fast charging because it's worse for your battery than a slow charge.

takes longer than plugging hardwire in your phone.

I like the Samsung brand upright charging stand because I can charge my iphone in portrait or landscape mode (charger has two charging coils). Plus, if i want to look at the screen it's a lot easier than the chargers that lay flat on table/desk.

Also for people who work at a desk, it's convenient to have your dock next to your monitor. Easily accessible when you get up and leave. It's more about convenience.

Biggest pro: reduces wear-and-tear on your USB port (and by extension, the cable from your charger). Yeah, it's not a perfect technology, but I still like the benefits.

By the way, my Moto Z Force charges on the OEM charger at 28.5W, which is far higher than these 7.5W and 10W wireless chargers. Fast wireless charging on modern phones is really like a trickle charge (but that's better for battery life).

I don't know about this Amazon one but here is a decent wireless charger for extra $2 by somewhat reputable manufacturer; link [aliexpress.com]

It has one big coil giving 2 centers of charging and you can use it as a stand or base. I personally use this without any issues (iPhone X), and that manufacturer is an organized brand not like random Chinese 3rd party manufacturers.

The link you had was for a Baseus (?) brand, which I've never heard of. When you said that the "manufacturer is an organized brand", I assume you meant a recognized brand, but how is Baseus a recognized brand? Seneo or Baseus both sound like crappy Chinese brands. (I'm not saying all Chinese brands are crappy. These two sound like they're crappy brands most likely from China judging by their sales on aliexpress.)

I bought a Samsung charger for my iPhone 8, and I've been very happy. The product on this thread may work out better for folks who use the phone as their clock, however.
