Moto X4 is $399, with $150 back after activation. Lowest price yet for ProjectFi members. A great chance to trade in your 5X before it bootloops.

Same thing happened to me, took a little over 5 weeks to receive the email stating that my trade in was accepted for the full amount. Although in those 5 weeks I received a $20 credit and then an additional $25 credit for the delay
Lucky for you mate ! Mine took almost 6 weeks and they evaluated to 40$ less than full amount citing the device was not factory reset (which was, liers!! ) and also citing they received it more than 30 days after the trade in date (which was not true, as I have proof from their previous chat transcripts that they acknowledged they received it in time, so liers again).... I will never do business with Project Fi again.... And others be forewarned....

My 5x bootlooped this past weekend.

Go to:http://www.lg.com/us/support/repa...-repair-us

LG will service your 5x out of warranty for free provided it has hardware error (boot loop, won't power on, etc.) and doesn't show physical or liquid damage. Send it into LG for free repair. Then get the repaired phone traded in for a Moto X4.

My 5x just died 3 days ago. Doesn't even last 2 years, just like the Nexus 4. No more LG for me.

I would recommend that if you do have the nexus 5x and still works i would definitely trade it in. I know so many people that have gotten the dreaded bootloop with the 5x. Plus for most people the nexus 5x warranty is probably ending if it hasn't already.

Do you get any money if you trade in a 5x? I still have one and would like to upgrade.

A functioning 5x with no screen cracks nets you $100 trade in.

$249 price doesn't require a trade-in.
Wish I have waited. Got it for $300 two weeks ago.
The CPU and 32G native storage are the primary limitations but for the price I can live with. Oreo is already available on the Google's version of X4 which can't be said of most phone, especially in this price range.

Try contacting them as they may give you a $50 credit.
