BJS Warehouse has Samsung POWERbot R7040 Robot Vacuum with alexa (Model: VR1AM7040WG) for $379.99 plus Free Shipping and $0 in taxes for most states!

Cheapest price I've seen this vacuum. It runs $449.99 plus tax on amazon.

I'm still pretty new to this whole posting thing, so please give me a break on any mistakes! Smilie

Stormtrooper doesn't have wifi Frown I ordered one with the deal on Samsung and somehow missed fact. I just assumed a $700 msrp vacuum would have had wifi.

It's better to look good than work good.

"Alexa, vacuum up the kitchen"

Is that what is happening with a WiFi enabled Voice controlled vacuum?

The 7040 has half the suction of the lower cost 7010, so you are paying much more for wifi and half the power. The specs are on the Samsung website

I got the 7010, for under $150. Figured the last thing I wanted to do was be connected or anyway involved with my vacuum. It goes on when I'm NOT home. I never get notified. I just have to remember to empty it every few days, and sometimes find it when it gets stuck.

This is one of those cases where less may be more in terms of tech. But I'm sure I'll upgrade eventually. Wink

According to the Amazon graphic, they are the same (both 20x). For hardwood floors, I run mine at half-power anyways.

Aren't Stormtrooper known for their lack of aim? Would it see the dirt and clean up everything around it?
