18/0 are not nearly as good as 18/10

If I remember correctly (and someone will correct me if I do not), 18 is the hardness, 10 is the corrosion resistance, 18/10 can be left in water without worries, 18/0 not so much.

Oh, the 18 is definitely chrome, and the 0 is nickel. What properties, other than price, I'm not sure

Learn something today, this is a good guide for flatware shopping. I think it is better to go to the store get a hands on those flatware.
