This post has an end date. Thanks OP.

Edit: Actually, where did you get the end date OP? Can you provide a link to the T-Mobile webpage to confirm this?

The website in the link doesn't confirm the last day of promo.

"This Buy One Get One offer will only be available for a limited time, so act fast."

Is the Feb 15th end date illegit?

UPDATE: OP confirmed that end date is on the rebate form!

If we purchase the phones on eip, do the trade-in and porting-in of a number and submit the rebate, can we cancel an existing line while rebate is being processed? I don't see any information with regards to cancelling an existing line for this promotion

Wow, this is a piece of very important info that should help vindicate OP from the double-post TD's! Thanks for the detail-oriented mind!

It is not safe to make any account changes until you get your rebate card in the mail. Rebate processing can and will use any excuse to make it complicated for you, if you do not follow the T&C's.

They check your T-Mobile account when they process your rebate. It's best to keep the line until you deposited the rebate card/check.

Port in + trade in + cost to maintain the line till rebate processed. Comcast 200 rebate per phone might be just as good if u have them for cable service, and less crap to deal with. Just open an line keep it for 2 to 3 month for couple dollar a month and done.
