Sweet. Got it with a 15% off coupon and a 15% S&S discount. $5.24 + tax.

even though I'm right there, my lil one conveniently forgets to spit out the last of the toothpaste when I brush her teeth if I don't ask her to spit it out. No doubt she'd ingest it all if I let her practice brushing on her own.

Picture in this post shows the silly strawberry flouride toothpaste. Sadly coupon doesn't work for that one.

I dont get it. Why are people buying toothpaste for children that specifically has fluoride taken out of it. I thought fluoride is good for the teeth.

Our kid had 4 cavities before we switched to fluoride toothpaste. There's Flouride in the water, dunno why we're scared of Fluoride toothpaste.

We use the same brand, but Flouride version.

It's part of the billion dollar market for baby crap you don't need.

Check with your dentist. They told me that kids who might swallow it should not have fluoride in their toothpaste. It is bad for you if you swallow it and in kids it can even cause cavities in teeth that are still developing if ingested. My dentist told me not to use it for the kids until their permanent teeth start to come in.

Note that the toddler stuff is for kids up to 24 months and is a clear jell that tastes like artificial grapes.

Kind of long, but it basically says there isn't good evidence that fluoride in the water helps tooth decay. And it may cause harm.

Effective is the actual act of brushing and flossing. You're programmed to want suds and fluoride. Escape your thought process.

Fluoride in the water helps your teeth by coming into contact with it. That's why if you get actual fluoride treatments at the dentist office, its a mouthwash. That article and report is off base at the actual point of fluoride.

Ask a dentist, children especially need fluoride to prevent future tooth decay.
