Had never done kettlebells before, picked up the 15# for my wife and 35# for me based on some reading. I can't believe how sore I was for days after doing an upper body workout with the 35#.

Just ordered the 20# for my wife, and 50# for me. These are great quality for the price. However, I think my UPS guy is going to be miffed (again), better be ready with a tip this time. Smilie

I have the 50 and 80# from past sales. They're solid kettlebells. You can't beat these prices.

Where did you get your workouts? I'm always looking to diversify my workouts.
Thanks.

I've used the VT Kettlebell app for iPhone. Does a good job of mixing it up, let's me program my own workout when I want. It's been well worth the few dollars spent.

I have the same one. $3 to unlock the leg workout and customize. Highly recommend. I also googled and found a couple sites that recommended certain workouts for traps and abs, since you know, glamour muscles Cool

The first full workout I did with 35# was kind of humbling. Okay, it was super humbling. I could barely do some of the exercises. Big fan of kettlebells now.

May pick up the 80# for shiggles, but what exactly would you do with that weight?

80#, would be great for swings, for men. Perfect your form on the 50 before moving up though

Great deal on these! I've been waiting too since the last deal. Last time I picked up the 25 and 30 lb ones... way too heavy for a female beginner. Got the 15 lb and 20 lb this time. I found some great workouts on Youtube and chromecasted them. Fitness Blender is a great workout channel to start.

Extreme kettlebell cardio is a great workout. I think onnit.com has it for $5 but can be found other places.

Thanks OP!

Weider dumbbells are on sale too, with pickup discount on many, but the weights over 45 are sold out:
