negative. eggs in general are healthy for you, and it's a misnomer to quote the cholesterol content as your argument, as it's been proven that the cholesterol found in eggs, is not the same artery clogging cholesterol found in other foods.

i think you're a little out of touch... but then again if you refuse to eat egg yolks, that's your call. i'm sure you also avoid fish and nuts as well... =)

I eat whole eggs and a diet high on fat and I'm in the best shape I've ever been with minimal effort. Even if I chose a different lifestyle when it comes to eating, I wouldn't shy away from whole eggs.

got one clearenced from a kroger for 7.50. i use it at work though as it cooks pretty quick, and doesnt take up a lot of space. and i work near a grocery store so its easier (and healthier) to grab a carton of eggs rather than some chips or other snacks.

It's no "in general" about it. Don't do it if want to be healthy. You might as well tell people to eat 4lbs of crisco a day cuz fats are good for you.

how is eating a whole egg (7 grams protein, 5 grams of fat) or 3 (21g,p;15g.f) in anyway similar to eating something that is 12g of fat per tablespoon)?

Youre misinformed. I bet you're against vaccines too. Dont spread false info. Your nursing degree doesn't qualify you to make such statements.

80% of the cholesterol is synthesized by our body, only 20% comes from our diet. For most people their cholesterol levels are not going to change much regardless of diet. That's not to say that it's ok to eat 4lbs of crisco or a dozen eggs daily, moderation is key, but eating an egg or two (especially boiled ones) is probably a healthier choice than the bag of chips from the vending machine.

You guys are better off buying a steamer, it can do a lot more than just cook eggs and you can get one for about the same price.
