Is it the same one on Amazon for less? https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00DC...smile_sav0

I am in the market for a mount for 55in LG OLED over a fireplace and wondering if this is a good one?

The model number is same on both but tv weight capacity is different 88lbs (walmart) oppose to 110lbs (amazon). Everything else matches...

If you don't need something that extends then I would go with something like below to avoid bulky tv mount. Also TV stays about 1" from wall so it looks nice, at least to me.

This is the best mount I have ever used, sometimes it is on sale. Heavy duty and firm when turning or twisting to put in place. I highly recommend it.

Thx guys, we are probably gonna move in March to a new house where the way the living room is setup, we have no choice but to do fireplace mount. I'm not thrilled about it, but it is what it is. I want to make it somewhat flush, but I do like versatility of a swivel mount. I even see something on Monoprice called "pull down" mount? Not sure if that'll work with a fireplace with a mantle. I considered maybe motorized mounts as well if they still make those but not bulky. Also ideas on hiding wires by fireplace are welcome. Sigh, I have some homework to do.

The one you are referring to at Costco...is it hard to access to the back of the TV? Or i have to make sure i feed the cables out before i put the TV up?

It is little difficult but, you can pull all the cable above tv before mounting. What I did was ran HDMI to my built-ins from tv and using HDMI connector for my fire stick, DVD player etc...So don't have to worry about access behind TV once put on and connected.

Yes i have one of those as well...but just in case i want to plug in optical cable and other stuff... and that's why i'm interested in full motion....but i like the low profile on these. Tough choice!

If I do local pickup, I get a 1.36 discount...making it the same price.
