Sorry, promo codes can't be combined with device offers. You can still enjoy 7 free days of DIRECTV NOW after your prepaid period

Does the pkg give NBC Sports which may be handy with the Olympics coming up or are there alternatives in the US to watch events when not on primetime TV and not wanting to go through and VPN and such?

The Sony Vue service has the Olympic Channel and NBC Sports as two separate channels.

I tend to watch the NBC Sports channel for classic car auctions and the Golf Channel for Caddyshack, so I can't say how well they cover live sports.

there are around 50 apps that take DTVN credentials, including watchESPN, NBCsports, Foxsports and CBSports. It's like having 50 streams if you like. or use a browser to login to each site, some platforms are better than others.

This is a pretty sweet deal if it you grab the top pkg with premiums, not sure that's possible though. DTVN has been good here, even had my PC beta record the superbowl while watching it on Roku.

I recently activate an amazon fire tv and got a free trial offer for one month. It sent me a coupon code, I'm not sure if I can combine this offer?

I know, seems like it but is there a service that has no ads? I think some channels are worse then others but having two streams helps, I just swap audio.

I imagine this will bring in lots of new customers, once they realize there are alternatives and choices out there.

Anybody streaming this service through a Raspberry Pi? I have a Nexus Player, but there's no Android TV app. I have a Pi 3 I could repurpose for 3 months if it works well enough. Would be nice to have it for the rest of the Olympics and the NCAA Basketball tournaments.

EDIT: No dice so far. Keeps telling me Chromium is an unsupported browser, even after I've tried installing the "User Agent" manager plugin to return a different string as my browser type/OS. I might still go for it, and just cast to the NP from my phone/PC. Wish google would be more proactive about helping services port their apps to AndroidTV.
