My limit was $999 for installation, so no.

I got this maybe 5 years ago on some Groupon deal and never really used it until this year. I used this to check different items in house. I recently use one of those short 14g pigtails making it easier to handle and plug in wall. Example of what I found at $0.18 per KWH:

My computer with platinum power supply that I purchased to keep on 24hrs a day costs $9 a month.
My front loading washing machine uses less than 3 cents in electricity per load. About a 48 min run.
Electronics just plugged in not being used use 0.1 W , many 0.5W.
It costs about 4 cents to use a rice cooker to make 3 cups of rice.
Hot air fryer 11 cents for 30min
55 inch TV varies depending on settings from Energy Star 62W. While other picture settings up 140W.

So this is good if interested in energy usage. For example I was wondering why my back house went from $15 to $25 each month. Is there something different. I think it has to do with PG&E charging inconsistently on an all electric home.

Protip: some libraries have these available to check out, since it's not something you need all the time you can check it out, test stuff, and return. I'm tempted to buy it just to cut out having to go get one, but...

Would like to know the same. Have been looking to get one of these, but it seems the smart plugs are cheaper for two and can do the same thing.

Been wanting to pick one of these up. No idea why, but I had a $9.98 courtesy credit, so came out to $7ish for me.

Got this from Meritline like 3 years ago for $15.99, have used it many times and it is great for checking loads and verifying wattage claims.

Do you still use yours. mine stopped working correctly (show some odd ball voltages and amps)
