No. Take 5g a day and be done with it. You will just piss out the remaining 20g. No such thing as loading. The body can't store more than about 5-6g per day in the skeletomuscular system.

Know a lot of fitness heads here, so I'll ask:

Is cycling creatine (loading 25g/day for 2 weeks, then cycling off 2 weeks) a proven method for gains, or is taking 5g a day everyday the way to go?

I've noticed sometimes if I'm loading, some digestive issues arise although I cant pinpoint it exactly to creatine being the cause. I always stay hydrated whenever I take it, usually a scoop with my PWO and a scoop 1 hr before bed with my protein shake

I just take 5g a day I find it works best for me. Why are you taking two scoops in one day?

I always had great results just loading for a week or so (25g/day) then maintaining at 5g/day for a couple months. Then I'd take a month off and lose some water weight, then maybe restart depending on goals.

5g a day seems to be the overall consensus of the optimal way. I'm more likely to get digestive issues if I don't mix my protein powder with actual food, or if I drink too much milk.

Typically nowadays I will mix my protein powder with a meal replacement powder about 4:1 so I can digest it a bit better

No. Take 5g a day and be done with it. You will just piss out the remaining 20g. No such thing as loading. The body can't store more than about 5-6g per day in the skeletomuscular system.
