This is a great deal for a brand name board.

But if you're only going to run 6-8 gpus most people are better off buying one of those Chinese knockoff mining boards.

They work very well for mining for untra cheap

There is also a model that has a so-dimm slot


I just figured since the gpus are 100% powered through the risers/pcie, and the CPUs aren't going to be overclocked, so the motherboard really isn't being stressed at all.
a Chinese knockoff may not be a bad choice
