Also could someone explain to me the 50$ in mail rebate thing ? I will be shipping this laptop overseas will i be able to take advantage of this 50$ rebate or should consider it at 1030$
And if possible to get it outside USA where should i use the money and for how long

It's a TN panel so it's probably not that great.

MSI normally use very good quality TN panel and since it has 94% NTSC coverage, it actually has better color accuracy than some of the cheap IPS panels available in Sub 1K Gaming laptops.
Regarding Viewing angle, yes, it is not going to be as good as IPS panel but the horizontal Viewing angles are very good, almost equal to an IPS panel. The only issue is vertical positioning.

mail in rebate can only be available to US address. So, while sending the Mail in rebate request, after purchasing the address, you have to use an US address to get the Check back.

I have this computer on the 30 day trial and will return very soon. Most of the laptop is very good, but the screen is terrible. I streamed one of the latest Star Trek movies on this pc side by side my 8 yr old XPS Dell, and hands down the XPS was superior.

It's an edp screen which you can easily swap for an IPS for less than $100, check eBay
