The offer through Delta is for their basic economy fare which will have some restrictions like you will not get a seat assignment until after check-in or at the gate. Therefore, United might be a better option if the availability works for you.  -qwikwit

Both Delta and United Airlines have round trip airfares travelling from Austin Texas (AUS) to Maui (OGG) or Honolulu (HNL) for $394, making one stop. Be aware though, on Delta this is a basic economy fare so choose United if dates matches your preference.

Travel Availability:
Departs to Maui: April 10, 11, 12 16, 19, 25, 26, 30; May 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16
Departs to Honolulu: April 4, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19 23, 24, 26, 27, 30; May 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16

Use dates and plug into Expedia [expedia.com] or Priceline [priceline.com] to choose and book the airline best fits your preferences. Bundling hotel with airfare will save money.

Anywhere from $600-900, near the higher end during the summer.

Any time! Lol. Honestly, Hawaii is like Disney World- they are year round destinations so there really is no off season. I just took my family there last July and they all loved it! There is just no bad time of the year to go.

But depending on where you live, best time to go would be winter when weather at home sucks.
