Seems like a pretty good price point for these, but I don't track them very closely. Can anyone weigh in?

This is basically the same deal for the 8-blade refill for $10.50 a while back. Seems that deal is gone now.

Don't buy this., these are not the original one. Even the packing of this is different from Original one.

Are you saying that Amazon is selling fakes? I did their subscribe and save (about $10/pkg) on these and got a couple packages before stopping. They came directly from Amazon, but I was not overly impressed. I assumed that since Gillette had "lowered the price" they cut the quality too to make sure you have to buy more. I can't be sure though.

BTW, this is not a great deal.

Something seems fishy if you read the most recent reviews.

I really want to like these, but I can barely get 5 shaves out of a refill before I have to replace it. I get better performance out of 10 cent disposables.

Where are you getting disposable razors for 10 cents that you can get more than five clean shaves out of? I want in on that deal!

Try the Personna razors at Big Lots. 20 pack for $2.

Other people will be in here soon to say double edge is better, but I find these easier to use.

How many shaves you get out of one cart is totally dependent on how much facial hair you have and how coarse and dense it is. These last me over a month easy with daily shaves but my hair is not particularly dense, a little coarse though.

However, there haven't been any truly slick deals for the Mach3 since November 2016, everything is over $1.25/cartridge now and in 2016 you could get 10 for $8. I'm thinking of getting the Custom Plus 3 instead since they're on sale for a good price at Costco. Anyone have any experience with how he Custom Plus 3 compares to the Mach3?

I use the jeans pants trick (which I was highly skeptical of at first) to make them last longer.

Doesn't that rub off the lubricating strip?
