I actually ordered this phone after doing extensive research but i canceled it to get a pixel since my preference is camera first then process+ram

You can side load the Pixel Camera onto the One Plus 5t to significantly improve the camera. Does not require root or anything like that, just sideload an app. However, it is sad that the OP5T has a weaker camera than a LG G6 out of the box.

I just did a quick search. Just do step 1 to install the camera. I have not tried installing this on a OP5T. However, I do have the camera mod installed on my G6 and can confirm i can take HDR+ photos with the rear and front camera. The quality is amazing!

After discovering this, I kinda want to get the Oneplus 5T myself.
