I have all hardwood and stone floors in my house and this product is seriously amazing. We used to mop which was a lot of work and I tried numerous other mop replacement products like Swiffer but nothing else compares to the crosswave. Since I've had it all of my friends who've seen it have bought one as well. The only issue I have is on the uneven stone floors it's not the best in coverage but on hardwood it's unbeatable.

What do you use for cleaning solution? Do you use it on any area rugs?

I would buy a bottle of the solution as your filler. After the 30 percent off, the solution is $7, which is the cheapest I see when doing a quick search.

I use Murphy Oil Soap for the wood floors and pinesol for the stone. I don't see any change in cleaning vs the Bissel solutions.

I bought this at full price a year ago after my puppies came home and it is the best household cleaning item I've ever purchased. Cleaning it is a little annoying, but the effort is totally worth it. If you get one, have some fun by cleaning your floors first and using this after. You'll be amazed at how much extra dirt it picks up.

P.S. I use extra hot water in the dispensing bin and occasionally throw the rolling brush in the washer for a good clean. Smilie

Can I use this to vacuum dust up as well? Dust settling all over hard floors takes forever to clean/sweep

For 2/3 the price, this seems like a better deal to me. Even with the Kohls cash

FYI, the Ebay refurb does not include parking tray for cleaning and storage. It's an additional $15 from bissel but out of stock.

Is the storage tray really necessary?

I don't own one yet but it seems the tray is what the use to self clean the machine. Simply pointing out the difference for others considering. Makes them similarly priced.
