Sold it a day after i got it when a day later the hori hayabusa went on sale for $120 with dragonball z ps4 game.( ended way too fast!)

$40 the most its worth but not a penny more. But youll prob be upgrading fast if u play alot. Its not near premium quality, super entry level. Still it beats a $40 controller for fighting games tho

How tech savy are you? If you know how to solder and mess with pcbs, you can use one of those $10 Power A xbox one controllers and dual mod this to work on both ps4 and xbox one .

The kits they sell make it pretty easy to make your own stick, but it ends up costing as much as buying a nice hori. I used to get stuff from akhiabara shop and still spent close to 100 after all was said and done on my first stick

Don't mod, use an adapter. It'll save you some headaches.

I'm using this for my Xbox One... it's terrific. Fifty dollars gives you access to dozens, even hundreds of controllers for the PS1, PS2, and PS3. If you're already a fan of a controller in your collection, you can just use that instead of shelling out big dosh for its Xbox equivalent. Works with the Xbox 360 and PC as well!

Perfect for guests at my next Street Fighter tournament. Of course for the extra machines setup around the house. The main play area is still using tournament grade arcade sticks.

Check out shoryuken.com the tech talk portion of the site has people doing all kinds of modifications to arcade sticks. There may even be someone who has modded this specific stick.

The reviews on this are horrible. Broken buttons on arrival, cheap build quality and unauthentic arcade buttons. I know these are cheaper than "tournament grade" sticks, but no reason to toss $80 down the toilet either.

Yes. There is a ps3/ps4 switch. Keep it on ps4. RetroPi will recognize USB controller and just set up button layout via setup screen.

Its $39. And you can replace all buttons with sanwa obsf 30mm and a sanwa jlf joystick for around another $40-50.

But if you are super serious joystick player just get the best to start with.
