Very large set up. Can fit a queen air mattress in each of the rooms. Takes about 20-30 minutes to set up with one person. $124 online but found it for $99 local. Orange one only.

I have been quietly stalking this for a week to see if the price goes down any more (one store near me went to $50 but is out of stock).
Due to the SD affect, I probably need to buy now at $99, and not wait for a better price.

Reviews are so-so.
Some people love the tent, others hate it.
Several reviews state that the roof poles are too weak and snap.
I probably wouldn't buy this if you go camping a lot (I am guessing it would break).
I will likely pick it up hoping it survives the 1-2 times a year I need a tent this big.
Note: it is not an instant tent.

I set mine up in drive way right after buying. Half the poles are the standard 1/4"ish fiberglass ones. The main supporting poles are metal 1"ish, not much flex. Not instant your right but I enjoy setting up the tent with the kids, part of the camping thing for me. I chose it based mainly on price and size. It really is huge.

I am going to head out at lunch and pick one up, to cold and wet around me to set it up, so I will just have to inspect it thoroughly so it is ready for summer.

If you are in windy area when camping this tent might be a challenge to keep standing.

Just as an FYI, some locations are down to $50 (check brickseek)
I went to the Walmart in Amherst, NY (I used zip 14217) and picked one up, there was still 1 more on the shelf (in the camping department).
As a note, they dropped to $50 today, and were the second store outside of Buffalo to do so. If you want to take the risk, they might push the $50 price to more locations (this is a guess).
If they sell out, you could try the Buy at a higher price location, then return it and re-buy at the cheaper location. I haven't do that, but I have read that others do.

tent has 22 POLES !!! so i seriously doubt the 20-30 minute quoted set up time. will likely take much longer.
