Can't speak for everyone but i got the 12in Gel infused.
Worst mattress we ever bought. It destroyed my back and it sinks on the sides.

Ordered this in the Twin size about 2.5 wks ago. Just received it Wednesday.

-Delayed shipping 3 times from them. A bit annoying, but oh well. Probably an isolated incident.

-Box said Walmart - Spa Sensations. Don't know why, but I was expecting a Zinus box. Maybe I missed the part somewhere that said Walmart would be distributing these. Just caught me off guard for a bit.

-On the box was a big label that said Ship Date June 2017. That leads me to believe I got old stock?

Opened and let it expand for about 2 days now. 3 corners have expanded to the 10". There's 1 corner that is slightly less. Maybe by half an inch. But overall no smell and is comfortable.

At this point, not sure if it's worth calling about the old stock issue (if that's even a thing) or the one corner being expanded to only about 9.5". A toddler will be using it so maybe it'll be fine and not worth the hassle.

Got a similar model from amazon 2 years ago. It came rolled up and vacuum sealed. For the price a decent 10" memory foam is great.

Be sure you let it off-gas for 48 hrs. If it comes compacted, folded or compressed let it expand for 48-72hrs before use.

Mattresses are mostly a peraonal experience. That being said make sure your memory foam is on a flat firm surface. If your bed doesnt have one 3/4 plywood works.

Memory foam mattresses can be warm since there isnt much air flow through them. If you are always hot stay away.

If you are heavy, or very heavy for your height the you may want to go for 12".

we use ours for kids beds and guest bed.

Zinus makes Spa Sensations for Walmart as well as several other distributors, all under different brand names.

I got this or a very similar Zinus 10" mattress from Amazon six weeks ago. It had a terrible moldy smell that never went away, we were lucky Amazon issued us a refund but there was no way to return it so now we have to pay to dispose of it. There are lots of recent reviews with the same issue.

How long did you have it? I've had that 12" green tea one for over a year, and it's great.

Foam needs a solid foundation. It can be plywood, box foundation, or whatever as long as it's solid all the way across. Slats wouldn't work unless there are a bunch of them all pushed together across the entire length.
