Honeywell Econoswitch RPLS740B 7-Day Solar Time Table Programmable Switch for Lights and Motors [amazon.com]

$27.95

I have a few of these in my house. I use them to turn on/off our porch lights, lights outside our garage, eve lights, landscape lights, etc. They work great, just set and forget.

This is the lowest price I've ever seen for them!

I thought programming was fairly easy, but yes, using the manual makes it easier.

Also, 100% of the bulbs in my home are LED, and all of my switches work just fine.

It's is like $3 off the daily price. Good switch and price but not amazing price.

Buy a wemo switch and program it. Ive had this switch for years and it's a pita to program without having to read the manual and doesnt work well with led bulbs.

I can't program it without the manual, but otherwise it is fine. I have LEDs on it.

Good switch (I have had 2 for years) but at this point I would rather just install a WeMo smart switch or something similar.

This switch will probably need periodic time adjustments though, as the time keeping is not 100% accurate.

I have a couple of these and have used various CFL and LED bulbs with no problems. Also, I have not had any problems programming it or remembering how to program it.

I got them years ago, before smart home stuff got popular. At this point, I would probably just get a smart switch unless you absolutely know you won't want smart functions now or in the future.

I bought 4 of these last year for $29 each, all on LED with no problems. I had to re-program a couple times due to extended power outages. Was not a problem to remember how.

I'm debating on picking up a couple more.

These things are great for outside house lights. You won't have to turn them on manually again! Current one I have is annoying because it doesn't have a solar time table adjustment so I have to readjust it every couple of weeks. Mine also doesn't support led lights very well because they flicker during the daytime. I just ordered zwave switch to replace mine - too bad this special didn't come 2 days earlier and I would have jumped on it!!

Love mine, use them for the outdoor light (all led) at night. Easy to use/adjust, lost manual after first setup, haven't needed it since.

This is like the VHS of switches.. Yes it was great but a zwave or wifi switch much better and easier to use. I have one of these it's good but always wishing I can just turn on off with phone.

Must mean a neutral wire.... the white one I believe.... but I'm no electrician..... but I haven't electrocuted myself yet so that should mean something.
