"Gift Card" is different than a "Coupon" with a short use window and multiple exclusions.

I think you got it backwards...it is a coupon which has a short window to use it (usually only a week). A gift card can be used anytime to buy anything (except maybe gift cards, lottery tickets, cigarettes, etc.)

Good deal, but ShopRite is getting stingy. Usually you get $15 on $100 purchases.

Last week it was $15 back and chase pay gives 5% this quarter.

I know, they ARE getting stingy. However, I buy stuff at the Home Depot anyway, so $10 off is still better than nothing for me.
