FYI, these are noise isolating, not active noise cancelling...

These were $9.99 a few weeks ago and I got them to try. They're decent as far as sound quality goes ... the volume can go louder than my wired earphones. But, the bluetooth cuts out a quite bit when walking in the street or even at the gym compared to some other cheap pairs I've tried. The battery life on it is about 6 to 6.5 hours from the two weeks I've kept track of it.

But for $10, can't complain too much ... the main reason I got them to try is that it doesn't have a in-line control like the Anker ones which constantly slip forward and are very annoying.

FYI, these are sold by a third party vendor (OtiumDirect [amazon.com]), not Amazon...

I hate headphones that have a short distance of use. Not only outside, but I want to be able to walk around the house/office and listen. A lot of these don't work outside of 10 ft.

I don't understand, don't you have the phone in your pocket while you walk around? The distance between your phone and the Bluetooth headphones shouldn't be more than 10 ft I would assume.

Yeah except some of these crappy headphones can't make it through layers of clothing or my giant head apparently. I have had this issue and several different brands. It's has to be an antenna problem.

Wow the pic in the thread is of the Senso ones, which are great, but that's not this item. Anyway...

A lot of these will cut out based on interference from your body - for example, I usually have to wear my watch on the right side (instead of left) when running because of periodic interference (when outdoors). Most of these BT headsets have the bluetooth unit, battery, etc. in the right earphone.

For 10 dollars they can't be beat. I carry them around loose in my back pack and pull them out whenever I need to use them. They are pretty rugged and the sound quality is not bad, I mainly listen to podcasts and audio books.

He said for $10 and more than 1 review from SD members is always good.

Why would I wanna pay $3 more? EEK!EEK!EEK!EEK!

That's like SD suicide knowing it was cheaper at one point.
