Good deal, but not great as a gaming monitor. "9 ms response time"

I don't know if I'd be this dismissive of it. There aren't that many GPUs today capable of running 4K at 60+ FPS on modern games, so it becomes a moot point here. I use 3 of these for gaming, and they work quite well paired up with a 980TI. No ghosting (Doom 2016 4k Ultra, Wolfenstein 4K Ultra for example) or any issues that I personally noticed. Then again 980TI doesn't really get to 60FPS in either of those at 4K Ulta Smilie.

They are phenomenal productivity monitors, and are definitely very good for gaming. I'll take it any day over any 144Hz screen (mainly because 4K is still a pipe dream on those).

If you are getting this for mixed (office + gaming) use - it's your monitor. If gaming only and/or if you are looking for G-Sync or FreeSync, this may not be it.

Got one of these and it's solid. They need to make a 32" of this panel.

9 ms response time i think good enough for most of the player enjoying games or you are a god in games?

To all the monitor experts can you please explain if 4K monitors will "naturally" downscale to 1440p? I understand 4K is better but very few GPU's can hit 4K with high frame rates.

Is the difference between this and the U2718Q worth the cost?

Lol try doing your research before you insult someone making a fact about a gaming monitor. Under 5 secs is the norm for a gaming monitor Be a good dog and go find another post to go troll at now
Let me guess you are one of the magical people that thinks they can see a difference between 1ms and 5ms monitors right? Tell me all about how unique and cool you are.

I currently use 2 U2515H monitors. How would my currents compare to this one? Besides the 27". Wife wants to use mine for work so I said okay I'll get new ones lol. Oh damn it's 4K? I dunno why I would need to see code in 4K lol
