Until u have a problem.

I had gone a few years with no prob but then I understood what others were saying about "be warned". Now I definitely wouldn't stop others from purchasing. PPDG needs to do a better job scrambling the codes they send. Most seem to be in sequence. Seems easy for criminal minded people to figure out.

Have had to open a case eBay to force these guys to send me my code. They played games for weeks. I think they have gotten better though.

Don't buy this type of gift cards! In general, you won't be allowed to use when there are deals in the store. So you are ended up paying FULL PRICES that would cost you more.

There are 40-50% off codes posted here pretty regularly (like the current VDay code). Also, some areas near basketball / sports teams have 50% off online codes for use whenever the home team wins.

I used to see deals for a free pizza when you buy a $25 gift card ... was kind of hoping to see something like that pop up again, but it's been a while so this deal is kind of tempting.

what is the problem with paypal digital gifts?
This information has been posted on SD before. The quick summary is that Paypal Digital Gifts is processed by a third party or subsidiary separate from Paypal. They had a data breach and many cards were either stolen or corrupted. Either way, the value to the proper owner became $0. Paypal did not inform anyone of the breach. They waited until consumers found that their gift card values were gone. Their first reaction was to deny it. After pushing, they did refund money, but it was time consuming and difficult. Personally, I had to get ebay involved, it took hours on the phone over months, and while I got most money back, I still lost money. My story is not unique. What is worse, is that I heard that they didn't know how it happened, so it could happen again.
