I dont think, IKEA allows you to use two coupons on a single receipt. I would split the receipt such that i can get the max discount.

Kinda; they're not really set up for buffet, more like a cafeteria. So you'd have to calculate out the cost of your food & plan ahead before going through the food checkout. Only one receipt accepted and final checkout total has to be at least $100 pre-tax.

Crazy that there is no limit specified in the fine print. If you need something significant at Ikea call the whole family and get out ur eatin' pants. Eat

Has anyone done this and purchased like 45 bottles of juice from the cafeteria and then used the coupon at checkout?

We took the family once to this and spent close to $300 bucks and they deducted everything from the final price. We were going to spend that money anyway so it was great to spend it on the family and still get our stuff. 2 birds 1 stone right

I find it difficult to spend over 15$ per person at Ikea restaurant, even if I include a juice or dessert. So 'maxing out on the deal' is not possible per se.

I have said this in the past on sd, that I wish I could organise a charity lunch there for people who are in need, feed them to their heart's content and get ikea to ultimately fund it. If anybody can do something like this (along with having a nice lunch with your family for free), please consider it.

I can barely eat 20 dollars worth of food with 3 people ... how do people hit 100 dollars?

Last year, the cashier told us to get more bottle juices such as the orange juice and the chocolate bars there so that she could ring all up in the same receipt and that's what we did.

So we end up spend over $70 for dinner for my family and have the juices and chocolate bars to go. And they took out that amount when we bought the cabinet afterward.
