What's your goal? You want fancy, cheap, forged? Lots of questions.

If you need a few for volume I'd hit a restaurant supply place and get some that sharpen well. Toss when they are past prime.

Restaurant supply for sure. Chefs beat the crap out of their knives, they want an edge more than anything.

Me, I went with Henkels...because I wanted sharp and "nice looking".
