Why not buy a regular bidet attachment for less?

I have both attachment and seat and the difference is night and day. It is quite worth spend a little more and get electric bidet seat. This seems good deal here at least from what I paid for mine.

Ok. I laughed.

Anyway, there are few epiphany points in life. The point when you get a heated-seat bidet is one such point.

We have a regular bidet attachment and just ordered from the $350 Costco sale for the entire seat.

Attachments are highly dependent on the seat. They can slide around and therefore require alignment and possibly adjustments. If you have multiple users of different sizes, it's certainly possible that alignment will work for one and not the other. The seat shape might kink the entire unit requiring 'risers' on the front of the seat to fix this kink.

Attachments are much better than no bidet, but a seat is many times better than the attachment.

You haven't lived until you've had your bunghole irrigated by a frontpage slickdeal.

I got the BB-2000 for my GF as a birthday gift years ago. She thought it was a gag gift at the time but she loves it.

I wish they had this model on sale as I'd buy another...

I bought an expensive Toto seat, but switched back to a regular seat because a few things annoyed me:

The Toto is elongated, but the seat and opening is shifted toward the front of the bowl making it no longer feel like an elongated toilet.

The Toto would do self cleanings in the middle of the night which would wake me up.

Despite the Toto having a light built in, the light didn't turn on when you lifted the seat to pee.

Can anyone with experience with this one comment on whether this one does a better job with those issues? (especially the opening being shifted forward from a standard seat)

Do you just have an extension cord running across your bathroom or do you conveniently have a plug by your toilet? How are you plugging this in?
