Amazon Prime Pantry - Buy 5, Save $6 Offer

Basically save the Prime Pantry Shipping Fee, Several products have additional discounts as well. I ofte find items on there I want to buy but don't want to pay the prime shipping fee.

Here is the list of eligible items:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/promoti...6SACZQP9R0

The deal I did was this:
Campbell's Chunky Soup, Chicken Broccoli Cheese with Potato, 18.8 Ounce
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SGSK...PDKIKX0DER

After 30% clipped coupon, and $6 off 5, comes out to $7.79 shipped for 5 or $1.56/can which for not leaving my house is a good deal for me on these.

Another decent one considering it is being delivered to your door free and is 25% off is the following:

V8 100% Vegetable Juice, Original, 46 Ounce
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IAE5...PDKIKX0DER

After 25% clipped coupon, and $6 off 5, comes out to $11.58 shipped for 5 or $2.31/bottle which for not leaving my house is a good deal for me on these, and it is $2.44 at Walmart right now and I don't have to drive there for it.

It still shows up as $5.99 for me. Are you ordering a full box?

That's weird. I wonder why your getting charged a higher Prime Pantry delivery fee.

Right? Really weird - thought perhaps the rates went up. Will need to reach out to Amazon about this. Not that I do pantry often, but if this rate is what I am being charged, I would like to know why, and that will most definitely stop me from doing pantry in the future.

I just renewed my prime a few days ago. Wonder if this is coming to everyone come renewal time (btw, I have the student, but pantry was always the same as regular prime or if it something new with students).

What is Prime Pantry?Prime members in select regions can shop for groceries and household products in everyday sizes, such as a single box of cereal, with Prime Pantry. Prime Pantry offers low priced products and exclusive savings, such as deals and coupons. With our wide selection you can choose between thousands of items available, including snacks, breakfast foods, beverages, beauty and personal care items, and household products and save a trip to the store. You can shop on Prime Pantry Store or by using the free Amazon app.

How does Prime Pantry work?
Prime members in select regions can pay an additional monthly Prime Pantry membership fee to receive FREE shipping on all orders of $40 or more, or pay a flat $7.99 shipping fee for each order placed. The quantity of items in the order or the number of boxes will not affect the flat $7.99 fee per order.

What are the benefits of Prime Pantry?
Prime Pantry customers have access to exclusive selection with thousands of low-priced items in everyday sizes. There are two ways customers can pay for shipping. With a Prime Pantry membership customers receive FREE shipping on all orders of $40 or more and can save up to $58/year in shipping fees if they order more than once a month. Alternatively, Prime Pantry customers can pay a flat $7.99 shipping fee for each order they place. Additionally, Prime Pantry offers deals, exclusive coupons, and special promotions.

I already have Amazon Fresh membership. Do I need to sign up for Prime Pantry membership to enjoy the free shipping benefit?
Amazon Fresh customers don't need to sign up for Prime Pantry membership. FREE shipping on all orders of $40 or more is included as a benefit for all Amazon Fresh members. All Prime Pantry orders under $40 will incur a $7.99 delivery fee.

I have Student Prime too. Mine isn't set to renew until the Summer though.

Apparently Amazon is only charging some of us $7.99 now (including myself), the rest are still being charged $5.99.

This page (link below) shows $7.99 for me, but when some click it, they see $5.99 (makes me wonder what other prices on Amazon.com aren't the same for everyone -- this is bad.)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/pantry/...find_about

Adding insult to injury, those who get the $7.99 version of that page can now also pay $4.99 per month in addition to our annual Prime membership fee to avoid paying the $7.99 shipping fee for each pantry order, but only if the order is $40 or more. Gee, what a deal Ha ha

I have Amazon Prime Student Edition as a teacher, and only pay the $5.99 fee. Although, I cannot remember the last time I actually paid the $5.99 fee since I often get promotional codes, or there is a deal going on that discounts the fee completely.
