damn... that is good specs for that price point.

And before everyone thumbs down for LG, just know their problems are in their past. The G5, G6, V20, V30 were all great phones with minimal issues. Plus, all of their lower-tier non flagship phones have always been a steal for their performance, and this looks to be a 'low tier' phone.

I will agree, though, they should own up to the G4. I'm still not happy about that. But a recall for them would have covered literally every single one they made.

Yep, wife and I have G5, love it, G2 worked great for me as well....had a G4 bootloop, sent it back well out of warranty and they fixed it

I have the honor 7x and love it. Launcher is ok. Tried lawnchair launcher and tried to put widget on screen and the phone did not like it. So the phone switched the default launcher back. But it may be due to the app being unreleased. Great battery life

Just went through two warranty replacements in a row with G6, where it won't power on anymore. V20 had been extremely quirky, especially in everything bluetooth related, but seems to be okay after a warranty replacement and a series of software updates (not sure which one fixed the problem).

Ironically, never had a problem with the G4 Wink

After all these adventures (and only LG phones for the last 3-4 years) I'll try my luck with Samsung next time.

I personally have the Honor 7x and have not faced any major issues with it so far. Having said that I have not used any LG phone so it's basically whether you want an LG phone or a Huawei one as the specs are almost identical for both of them.

I wouldn't call these phones identical in any way other than price.
