They are MINI pliers, how much torque are you able to put on them? They are precision tools. I've owned them under craftsman, craftsman professional and evolv, they are all pretty much the same quality and work fine. You'll lose them before you break them.

No, they are not. Have you even used them? I'm guessing not.

I DO own and use these, these are pretty decent pliers.

If you still have the $5 Sears/KMart freecash from the recent game, that will work towards these pliers.

This is probably a good deal. The problem is your purchasing through Sears online. My experience has been Sears online department is the worst company to order anything from. If and when the item doesn't come good luck getting your money back. You'll need a tremendous amount of patience!

My points haven't shown up yet from my earlier microwave purchase (picked up this afternoon). As soon as they do show, I'll probably burn $9 of the $50 on them.

Yes they are the best I've ever used. I relace and restore baseball gloves and the bent knows pliers has last 8 years and counting. The evolv pair has a more rubbery grip but they are both made with great quality. All of the plier nose threads are stripped and worn flat but they still hold a firm grip

There is a gap between the jaws of each tool easily seen when holding them in front of a light. This might be okay for the pliers unless you use them to grab something very thin like a small wire but it is not okay for the cutters. The handles feel like tools from the dollar store. It's hard to believe that the Craftsman brand has sank this low.
