$1,399 is full price... it's even more expensive than buying it direct from Dell right now.

Can you link me to it with the 4k display?

Should I be concerned about the meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities?

How is the warranty when you buy from Microsoft store? is it the same? or is it once you are out of the store, you just directly deal with DELL. Also, any comments on the 4K screen and its effect on battery life?

Such a shame where the webcam is on these. Would really consider one if not for that nosecam.

I think just like any third party store, we should reach out to Dell directly in case of any issues after store's return window.

9370 has small battery and runs faster than 9360. So with 4k screen, battery life would be 2-3 hours less than full HD screen. Check the review and comparison on YouTube from Mobile Tech Review.

YMMV - I was offered this model in-store for $1260 before tax.

The price they had on display was for the the 2017 version ("XPS 13 Pro"). As a result, the manager offered 10% off during checkout.

The previous years' versions have different model numbers (9360, 9350, etc). They were all "XPS 13" but they have different hardware inside (different generation of the i3/i5/i7, different battery size, etc), which means a deal on one isn't necessarily a deal on another.

9360 is this year's model but without a touchscreen. 9370 has the added touchscreen for $400 more

Yep I understand. The model they had on the floor was the 9370 with the 4K display (same as the OP). However, their pricing guude next to the 9370 was for their 9360 models. As a result, I was offered 10% off the 9370 for the mistake.
