I remember when they said on the can "with 18 little meatballs." I used to count them every time, and I always got more than 18. Score!

Bu themselves it is very low fat.
I add a little bit of cooked lean hamburger to it.

Did you used to get the kind with meatballs back in the day? The meatball Spaghettios are always in "tomato sauce" whereas the kind without meatballs and the kind with franks are always in "tomato and cheese sauce". I usually think that cheese=better but that isn't the case here so the meatball kind of Spaghettios are always far superior in my opinion.

I always buy the ones from Aldi's $.65 a can with meatballs, $.60 without. So for name brand this is a pretty great deal.

I just got the ones with franks for $8 shipped with 30% coupon and S&S. The ones with franks are frankly the only good spaghettios.

With franks at Amazon [amazon.com]
