Spirit Airlines, an ultra low-cost "bare fare" air carrier have round trip airfares travelling to and from Columbus Ohio (CMH) to Las Vegas (LAS) for $117, nonstop. Spirit charges a fee for any carry-on or checked bags beyond a small personal item, such as a purse or laptop bag.

Travel Availability:
Departs CMH: April 10, 11, 14, 17, 18, 21, 24, 25, 28; May 1-5, 8-9
Returns: April 2-5, 11-12, 17-19, 24-28; May 1-3, 5, 8-10

Dang that's cheap. Vegas hasn't been cheap from Columbus in awhile. Not sure if I would want to take spirit on that long of a flight though. 2 hours is my max on these budget airlines because the seats comfort...

seat comfort depends how tall you are i suppose. for small people like my friend beege, she'd be fine.

as far as the baggage goes on spirit, the weather is nice in vegas so you can pack light.
