This seems like a good deal; does anyone have any experience with this computer? I'm curious on the noise level and whether it's worth the asking price for these older components given the refurbished condition.

I can't speak to the specific case. But I'm sure it's decent and if the fans are loud they can be replaced at low cost. This is a great price for someone who needs a mid-top end PC for gaming. Should still reach maximum frames on most new games or close to.

Looking to buy this for a friend of mine, but have a few questions

- Is the power supply universal voltage (100-240V)? A quick look on eBay makes me think so, but can someone who has it confirm?

- What kind of packaging does it ship in? I'm most likely sending it directly to a freight forwarder and concerned it could be packed lightly...

With regards to noise, it seems to be pretty widely regarded as a very quiet gaming PC, and well reviewed as such as well

Thanks everyone for the replies. I just saw a review online on this PC from a tech site with benchmarks and they commented that the thermal design of the unit causes the components to heat up quickly to their max allowance, causing the PC to throttle its performance. Plus, apparently it has two external power bricks that need two separate power outlets, defeating the idea of its portability for me. I'm gonna pass on this one.

Do you have the site with the review? I am debating on jumping on this...
