Not much of a discount but FREE SHIPPING is definitely a reason to get it if you need this for Home improvement or robbing a bank

Good catch... that's not a real list price.
This was in my cart for a few weeks at $17 and then I saw it drop down to $10 so I bit.

Per camel camel, average has been $17-18.
