Please be careful before purchasing from sinus. They have worst customer care. All the calls remain on hold for ever. No response to most of the Emails ..I am still waiting for my shipment.
Amazon/costco/walmart are much better than this store.

The Walmart branded Zinus mattresses are still cheaper than this. They are called Slumber 1 or Slumber One, Same iCoil Tech same size, same foam layers, just way cheaper. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Slumbe...s/55084584

I was finally able to get hold of Zinus customer Care after waiting in line for 30 minutes... Sometimes I was feeling it was a free service I have opted ...


And quality of customer care === All the best !!


I just want two of my mattresses not to be delivered by FEDEX.

I think they're getting overwhelmed with orders from SD. I ordered about a year ago and didn't have any problems when they were relatively unknown. I have three of their Green tea mattresses.

That may well be and isn't all that uncommon in today's "act first, think later" business world, but the fact you're targeting specific sales channels for quicker resolution still speaks volumes to me. From a business perspective, I get it - doesn't mean I have to like it.

Beware! I made a mistake and partook of one of the recently posted Zinus SDeals. Realized the dimensions wouldn't work for me so cancelled (via email, which is the only way other than phone) roughly 5 minutes after placing the order. Sent another cancellation email the following day after seeing the order status hadn't changed. A couple days later, despite my cancellation emails, they shipped it anyway. I've sent two more emails since they shipped it and have yet to get a real (non-automated) reply to any of my four emails. I'd stay away!
