Is this a decent heater? I see the ratings are good, but someone can please comment if they are using it already? Price, i see it is $35 usually, so $20 is a deal

I have a couple of these. They're not the quietest heaters I own but they are good quality. If noise isn't an issue, then go for it.

Good timing, My titan heater died over the weekend, and I was about to drop $39 on a new one. This one makes it less painful.

I also have one and can't complain about it. Think I'll get one more for the half bath

Will it automatically turn it back on if I unplug it and plug it back? I want to use with a smart switch and Google Home.

Yes, the model in the OP will be ok for this type of use since it still uses 'dumb' rheostat type controls. When power is killed, the switches will remain in their current position, and when the power is restored, the heater will resume it's last settings.
