IMO, I think the 55" is a better deal.

The 55 is a TRULY slick deal. Been waiting for this price. I have great experiences with Woot refurbs.

Might want to include both prices in the title (list the 65 first, then the 55 with the 1099 price.)

They really let you only put one price in when you post but I included it in the title now.

That's true for the 65 inch though I don't see any 55 inch B7P or C7P's for less than 1200 total to price match. I think the 55 inch is the deal here if you're looking for that though I think spending $100 or $200 more for new is probably worth it if you can find it or price protect.

The 65" is a horrible deal. The 55" is not really a deal if you have a credit card with price protection.

You can buy the 55" for $1500 and file a $500 PP claim, making it cheaper than this deal and new.

I don't get it, how are you guys getting $500 back in price protection? Don't you have to provide them a listing for the lower price and then they match it? Does this mean you have some listing out there for $1000 for the 55"?

Where can I find a 55" for $1000 to price match?

By gaming the 3rd party insurers that set up the price protection system with the credit card companies.

They send the price protection people a screenshot of an absurdly low price at one of the shady bait and switch sites that would never actually sell the TV at that price - sometimes the same day they buy the TV from the more expensive (real) seller.

Price protection, not price match. Check all the common scam websites for a PP screenshot

Yeah I wish the 65in was more like $1500 or $1600. Does WOOT still charge sales tax in TX?
