It will fit your drain, but you need to consider the space between your waste pipe and drain. You may need shorten or lengthen your pvc drain elbow.

What's the difference between this Waste King and the L-2600? They're both 1/2 HP Continuous Feed

I got the 2600 last November and it was ~$55 plus tax.
I suppose an additional 3 years on the warranty is worth the extra $7.

Pardon the noob question, but I have 15+ year old Insinkerator that's in the process of dying. Is there a standard size for these disposals or is there a chance that this Waste King won't fit my drain?

This will be the third disposal in my 30 year old house. I think they have been all standard for a while.

It will fit, but you might have to buy a longer pipe or shorten your existing one.
