I don't go through honey fast enough to use it before it crystalizes. So I just get Tupelo even though it costs a lot. Any deals on 100% Tupelo? Smilie

Honey has a nearly indefinite shelf life, just warm your crystallized honey in a pot of hot water.

I have a small bee hive colony in my backyard. Free honey. I only have to check them maybe once a week. You can literally buy a colony for around $150 and have free honey for years. Granted you have to suit up to get the honey.

How much is the suit? Also, how much honey do you get every year? Do you have to do additional processing or filtering before consumption?

Completely traceable to the source
Ingredients: Filtered Honey

Honey is clean and does not require filtering. The only reason honey is filtered is to remove pollen that can be used to trace it back to China. My guess is that "Product of the USA" refers to the plastic bottle itself, and the source you can trace it back to is Walmart.
