Specs:
CPU: 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700HQ (3.8GHz)
Display: 15.6 inch UHD (3840 x 2160) IGZO IPS Anti-Glare 300-nits

Regularly $1949.99 and is currently marked down $250. Use code AW400 (expires 2/23) to get an additional $400 off the current sale price. Requires this exact build for the code to apply FYI. Standard shipping is free. This brings the price to $1299.99 + tax.

In addition to up to 10% ($130) from unaffiliated cash back options, get up to 12% ($155) back in Dell Rewards on financed purchases or 3% ($39) back in rewards without financing. With Rewards, purchases qualify for free expedited delivery. All said and done, you can walk away with this for ~$1015 + tax (YMMV).

EDIT: Cash back options and Dell Rewards offerings have changed since I originally posted. Currently Dell rewards are only 6% for financing, and max cash back is also only 6%

Should specify this a factory overclocked GTX 1060, which will perform noticeably better than the GTX 1060 Max-Q in "regular" Dell gaming laptops

Yeah I agree it's an odd storage option. There is plenty of room to add more storage if you want though. In total I believe there are 2 x 2280 M.2 slots that can take PCIe 3.0 x4 SSDs (presumably SATA as well), a 2242 M.2 slot (I'm not sure if that one is just SATA or can take PCIe), and a 2.5" SATA drive.

This is pretty good. Although if you're looking for raw GPU performance you might want to look for a 1070. I've had good results from Alienware laptops in the past few years.

What's all this talk about a hard drive? I'm not seeing any hard drive in the specs, only a solid state drive. Are you guys just getting your terms mixed up or something?

Not to mention that you can get cashback from a Dell purchase.
10% from a variety of websites. Top ones. Frugal ones. Electronic rebate ones.

Use the link I provided. Won't work if you try and do a custom configuration.

My bad. It's Dell forcing people to their country Dell web site, won't let me go to Dell.com

considering that eVGA has their 4K laptop with a better GPU , CPU and RAM specs for $1,299 , this doesn't seem too hot of a deal
