LG 65OLEDE7P OLED TV $2199.00 +tax @ Fry's YMMY

Went into Fry's today and told the rep that I saw the 65 inch E7P for much cheaper online than their store price. I guess they are really trying to move 2017 models because they gave me an amazing price, $2199.00 Downloaded a pic of receipt for proof. The E7 looks gorgeous with the on-glass bezel design.

I went to the North Freeway store a couple weekends ago to inquire about an E7P and the best they would do was $3k. I'll have to check out the Webster store this weekend.

This week is supposed to be tax free on LG TVs above 55 inches. Some oled and led were on the flyer.

Got a link for that? I don't see TVs listed here: https://images.frys.com/art/deals...pagemiddle

I'm "kicking tires" on an OLED 65E7P but unfortunately there isn't a Fry's store within 400 miles from where I live. Does anyone know of any other reputable merchant that is selling this TV for anywhere near, or even close, to this price? Thanks.

Ya they told me $2699 with their 2 year warranty at first. I said no thanks and was about to leave. Then he told me that he will talk to his manager and they came back with 2199, brand new in box.

I can't believe some people paid retail price, which was $5999 when the 65E7 was first released last year. Crazy!

Several have had the same panel without the soundbar and cosmetic stuff for $1999-2099, repeatedly, in recent months... (which you can price protect up to $500 under that)... just do a search on OLED65B7A or OLED65C7P and you'll find lots of threads on those deals.

I think the best "current" deals are whatever firstclasstvs is selling it for on ebay or whatever Greentoe is taking for them on their site.

$2199 and no tax would be a sweet spot. Does Fry's normally give discounts on TV during tax-free promos?

Heh. The $3k I was quoted was after he went and talked with his manager.
