Greetings from ThatDailyDeal.com support. The plug is on the very lower back, so you can plug it in the top and still use the lower outlet. Hope this helps.

"a figure of speech in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction" it's just a nightlight man. I think people who buy it must need some light at night... I understand why you said but this item has a specific purpose.

I wonder where the plug is located on the back, hoping it can be placed on the bottom one and doesn't have to take up both plugs on the wall.

EDIT: Can't seem to find this anywhere else online to find out. They're only available on these "daily shuffling deal" type websites. Makes me wonder if they offload defective or cheap products exclusively for these types of websites.

I think I'll avoid this for now. You can easily get a nightlight for the top plug and a USB plug for the bottom outlet, essentially doing the same exact thing.

Very strange checkout. Have to finish order first, then ads, then PayPal, then PayPal is charged as soon as I logged in, then NOTHING. No confirmation, no order number, nothing. Just took me back to home page.

LED nightlight is an oxymoron. Look into what LED lights do to keep you from sleeping.

Personally I think any light is bad for sleep, but I'm the weird guy that likes it pitch black with no noise

Nothing weird about that. I do the same and I sleep with only shorts. But the shorts are around my head.
