it's still up and no one has reported any messaging confirming or denying they'll get it, so it's a complete crapshoot. exchanging info with no guarantee is not a freebie, but a risk.

While it may be a risk, it's still a freebie not a contest.

A lot of freebies are 'for the first xxxx number of people', and often you don't know if you're one of those first xxxx's or not till you get an email saying you were or the product arrives. I'm personally not fond of ones that don't tell you right away if you were one of the first whatevers, but it's not uncommon unfortunately. So if that 5000 hasn't yet been met, then it is still a freebie.

And oftentimes freebies are a crapshoot, some arrive and some don't. But the choice to try for it or not is up to the user. You're welcome to add a wiki note that it's not guaranteed if you wish.

OP posts far too much garbage for that to be worth my time, thanks for replying, even if I strongly disagree

This offer is more than a few days old, having made the rounds days ago.
(Google it). Chances of being in the first 5,000 are very very slim at this point

Every time you send your info for something free it's a crap shoot you really never know if you'll get it until it shows up. I wouldn't classify it as a risk, if you're unsure then don't do it. OP is giving us the info, it's not a guarantee.
