bruxism?

376 February 25, 2018 at 06:15 AM
Anyone use a night guard for bruxism? If so, has anyone used an online service for a custom mold? Appreciate any positive/negative feedback. I usually have mine made by my dentist, but this time I'm thinking of trying the J&S Dental Lab Dental Night Guard that's for $129 at Amazon. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention: I've already tried football mouth pieces, but I don't like how soft they are. (They encourage me to bite down even harder...probably due to flashbacks getting my ass laid out over and over during my younger years.)

Have you tried asking a psych. It might be anxiety.
