Amazon reviews seem to show a problem with Bluetooth connection for a lot of people.

B&O headphones have hardware issues, id get warranty from SquareTrade if buying

Dont believe me? Check out customer reviews and forums

Here are some recent reviews from Amazon:
"These things worked great for 2 months. They then sat for a couple months, after which they were not able to be connected. I went through the warranty process with B&O, and they told me they would not send me a new set of headphones and that they did not find any issues. To be clear, I tried connecting these to no less than six different Apple devices, all current products, all on current operating systems. There was clearly an issue with the bluetooth connectivity, but it seems B&O warranty support does not believe their customers and does not want to support their products. I am on the waiting list for the H9i, but I will not be purchasing. This is absolutely the last product I will ever buy from B&O, as they clearly do not stand by their hardware, nor do they support their claimed 2 year warranty."

"Do NOT buy these if you intend to connect by Bluetooth until you have verified that your device is compatible. The H4 does not show up at all on most of my devices - it does not connect to my 2016 Samsung 4K TV, nor to my 2015 or 2012 Apple Mac Books. Basically I have to use it on laptops with a cord, and not at all with the TV. My older Plantronics Backbeat Pro is a much more versatile Bluetooth headset, with noise-cancelling as well, for less money, so I will be buying the newer version and getting rid of the H4's. I have contacted B&O directly, and their responses have been very poor, they are basically blaming it on Bluetooth having so many versions that they cannot adapt to all of them (Plantronics can!) and they are suggesting the H4 only works with a phone."

$80 off a crap pair of headphones = NOT a slickdeal

these are probably the most ear-friendly pair of headphones - comfort wise - I ever tried but ended up returning as i spent too much time with connection settings and the volume had to be way high as there is no noise cancellation.

Have you seen how comfortable the Bose QC35s are? Any comparison?

Agree... Very comfortable but lacked clarity for me. Poor BT

Seems like most if the bad reviews are from Apple owners. Maybe stay away if you are an Apple person

You can buy Beoplay H6 manufacturer refurb on eBay for $99, and H7 for $179. These are the best value for high audio quality and comfort headphones, and they appear brand new to me. Since H9i is announced, I bet H9 would be heavily discounted by Beoplay in near term.

the B&O are probably bettero nthe ears but to be honest i didnt have the QC35s on for as long.

If i were to buy a pair of cans now, i would go with QC35, good luck if you are in the market
